About this Project

Broadstone Saratoga began with the demolition of several existing commercial structures. The project will consist of an eight story, mixed use, multi-family residential apartment building. The proposal will provide approximately 7,890 SF of commercial retail at the ground level. 334 residential units will be provided at levels 2 through 7. Parking for 376 vehicles will be located below and above grade accessed from the alley.
